Smoothies have been a part of my morning for years. They are quick, filling, and not to mention yummy. I think what I like the most about smoothies is how easy they are to throw together on a busy morning. Now I don’t follow exact recipes, I kind of just eyeball most ingredients. I am going to share some of my favorites that I frequently make throughout the week. They are kid friendly too!

- Frozen mango

Chocolate peanut butter smoothie:

The big blender we use is the ninja and it works great. I can make multiple batches if I am making smoothies for the entire gang. When I am just making a single smoothie for myself, I use the personal ninja.
The fun thing with smoothies is you can experiment and try different ingredients. It is a quick way to get nutrients in and very convenient for busy working moms!
